Banal, considero que no hay nada y en cambio, trascendental, pienso que lo es todo. Sí, TODO, y es que solo cuando comprendamos que lo que verdaderamente compartimos todos los seres humanos es que todos y todas, hombres y mujeres, somos indescriptiblemente distintos, entonces daremos lugar al equilibrio emocional, la apertura mental y el respeto verbal, necesarios para volver a pintar de colores a nuestra “Eterna Primavera”.
Nuestra ciudad que revela a una sociedad tan caótica como hermosa, donde confluyen las maravillas y las atrocidades del accionar humano, se hace necesario hacer un STOP sobre lo que estamos eligiendo para dar forma a nuestro SER, asunto que prioriza una condición humana: tener emociones.
Oh si! Emociones, esas que son universales, esas que atraviesan cada una de nuestras experiencias, esas que son el primer paso a la comunicación…emociones y cuándo aprendemos, debatimos y reflexionamos sobre ellas?. Además, Se podría debatir aquí qué es primero: la emoción? el pensamiento? la acción? Y podríamos terminar delirando y no encontrando una respuesta practica en términos de a que debemos prestar atención para reflexionar sobre la construcción del SER. Realmente no pretendo aquí dar una respuesta sobre tal debate que podría iniciarse, mas considero pertinente resaltar posiciones psicoanalistas como las de Freud, o la de sociólogos como Durkheim y muchos otros pensadores que han afirmado y demostrado que ningún sujeto parte de la nada, puesto que somos producto de la cultura, de la familia y de la sociedad en la cual se contextualizan nuestras experiencias, además, que sería absurdo en tiempos actuales, negar la predisposición biológica que aporta a la caracterización de nuestro SER y que para todo esto la emoción es eje transversal e infaltable.
Veo el caos, la calma, la euforia; no en todo, no en todos y no expresado de la misma manera. Se confirma en el todo que realmente impera entre los seres humanos la diferencia y me surge la pregunta: será que en algún momento el asunto de prestar atención a las emociones tomara tanto valor como lo toman ahora el asunto del conocimiento o el del comportamiento? Es decir, si las emociones nos atraviesan en un todo, si vienen de lo más innato que somos, si además comprobamos que el pensar y actuar hacen parte de la triada del vivir, junto con la emoción, se vuelve realmente trascendental darle importancia.
Creo entoces que nada es banal, desde que partamos que las emociones hacen parte de todos, y que todos somos tan distintos como particulares, y allí, todo se vuelve trascendental, porque cada experiencia es para cada quien la partida a un sin número de pensamientos y acciones; así entonces la emoción futbolística es trascendental para su gente, como lo es la política para su gente (que como interés personal, creo que es una actitud cívica, y debería interesarnos a todos, pero bueno, vuele aquí lo de la diferencia), como la academia lo es para su gente, como el diseño lo es para su gente, como la culinaria lo es para su gente, y así podría continuar mencionando el todo de lo que se hace de manera individual y colectiva en esta sociedad, donde la emoción nos mueve, la mente tramita ideas, y el actuar demuestra y ratifica.
Nada de lo dicho es una novedad, lo traigo a colación porque considero merece ser debatido, evaluado, analizado ¡creo merece atención!. Propongo hacer un STOP en estas vidas rápidas y lentas, hermosas y diversas para pensar en nuestras emociones, que aprendamos a sentirlas y reconocerlas. Identificar nuestros modos de respuesta, reconocer que podemos intencionar nuestras respuestas, interesarnos por reelaborar significados.. en fin, la invitación no es más que a “tramitar las emociones”. Es tan funcional sentir, como pensar y actuar, es disfuncional actuar sin sentir como absurdo pensar sin sentir.
