Las conductas non sanctas del uribismo no tienen límites morales ni jurídicos. Evidentemente rayan con lo delictivo y ponen en riesgo el Estado Social de Derecho del que nos ufanamos en nuestra Carta Política.
Nos levantamos día a día con un nuevo escándalo bochornoso por parte de este grupo de aduladores de la guerra. A Uribe se le olvidó que ya no puede manejar la justicia a su antojo, y decidió hacer caso omiso a las citaciones que le hizo la Fiscalía para que declarara sobre la presunta entrada de 2 millones de dólares a la campaña de Juan Manuel Santos en 2010 -su candidato-.
Uribe sabe de derecho y entiende que lo que hace es reprochable jurídicamente, sin embargo decide lustrarse los zapatos en la entrada del búnker. ¡Que personaje picaresco el que tenemos!, se me viene a la cabeza Pablo Escobar, cuando se burlaba de César Gaviria y de todos los colombianos de frente y sin pudor alguno.
Pero esta no ha sido la única conducta indecorosa de los uribistas. La revista Semana nos ha puesto a hablar en torno al títere del expresidente: Oscar Iván Zuluaga, quien negó a más no poder sus juntas con el Hacker Sepulveda, pero aparece en un video preguntándole al informático sobre temas de inteligencia nacional. El Watergate se quedó en palotes.
Espiar la inteligencia del Estado y al presidente de la república, es de lo peor que hemos podido ver en la historia de nuestro país, sin embargo, es típico de una derecha extrema que sufre de delirios de persecución. Lo más grave, es ver como muchos ciudadanos no se indignan sobre lo ocurrido, sino que por el contrario, justifican este tipo de hechos. Ya los veremos salir a decir que «el que nada debe, nada teme», o que «espiar terroristas no es delito». Todo esto nos lo dejó Alvaro Uribe por herencia, pues fue su reelección la encargada de acabar con el equilibrio de poderes. Nos pretenden devolver a la era del absolutismo y de la inquisición. Pretenden que la justicia opere únicamente cuando les conviene. Para ellos el fin justifica los medios, y su fin es aferrarse al poder.
A Oscar Iván hay que exigirle que confiese sus intereses oscuros al contratar un hacker. Nixon lo hizo en Estados Unidos cuando dio un paso al costado durante su mandato presidencial. A la justicia hay que pedirle que opere y es deber de nosotros como ciudadanos apoyar la función de la rama judicial.
Se vienen elecciones este domingo, y en lo personal, no estoy dispuesto a darle mi voto a un clan responsable de tantas conductas criminales. No podemos caer nuevamente en la etapa oscura en la que estuvimos durante 2002-2010.
